My Reflections.

Hi everybody! I’m teacher Henry.
I would like you to create one more post for our Blogging Experience. For this post I want you to be reflective, which means that I want you to think and meditate before writing anything, and then freely, write what you thought or concluded about your meditations and/or reflections.
This is the task: you are going to participate in a fair at school. For this fair you were told to produce bread, cheese and “chicha”. Reflect about the process you went through while you were producing these items and then write a paragraph of no less than 60 words with the conclusions of your reflections. In this paragraph you can explain in very few words how to produce any of the products (or all of them) that you are working with in the fair, or you can explain what your experience was while working with items, the problems and solutions you encountered through this process, you could even say how was your experience working with your classmates.
Please attach to this post a picture of yourself while you are going through the process that you are describing.
Deadline for this post: 04/12/2011.

Introducing Myself.

Hello every one! This is Teacher Henry.
For this Blogging Experience we are having, I would like you to create your first post on your blog for everybody to get to know a bit more about each other. For the creation of this first post, I would like you to first find a picture of yourself, it could be the favourite picture of yourself, and the rest of the things that appear in the picture are up to you, you are free to decide the picture you want to choose.
Post the picture in your blog, and then write below it two paragraphs of no less than 50 words each, follow these instructions:
1.       Please do this post under the title “Introducing Myself.”
2.       In the first paragraph, introduce yourself, like what is your name, your age, nationality; say a bit about your family and friends and the places you study and live.
3.       In the second paragraph, describe the picture that you selected for this activity. Say where it was taken, what were you doing there, if there are other people in the picture say who they are, if there are some animals or things mention them and say why they are in the picture, and last but not least, say why you selected this picture for this activity.
Deadline for this post: 04/12/2011.
This is an example of what you have to do: (remember that you do not need to write anything before the picture, just start with the picture and then write your paragraphs).

Hello everyone! My name is Henry, and this is my first post in my blog for the English class in our blogging experience. I was born in Caracas, which is the capital city of Venezuela. I am a very family guy. I live far from my family, but every chance that I have I go and visit them. My mother is Raquel Irene, she is my angel, she has made me who I am! My father is Henry Alberto, he is among the most intelligent people that I know, and he is great giving advice. My brother is Luis Enrique, he is my young brother, but still he’s a bit taller than me and he just graduated from university, he is an engineer. They all live in Caracas, but I live in Lecheria and I work for an educational institution called IFISA, which has given me the chance to work in a great school called Don Bosco.
The picture above is one of my favourite ones, and I have that moment in my mind like it was yesterday! Those people in the picture are my co-workers, and I am the tall green-shirt guy at the back. One of the best things to do, in my opinion, is to travel, and if you have the chance to do it with your friends is just the best! We were all attending to a national convention held yearly called VenTESOL. This picture was taken late May 2011, for this year, the convention took place in Maracaibo, which is the capital city of Zulia state in Venezuela. We were just arriving to the Aeropuerto Inernacional de La Chinita. We were all very excited for many things, most of us were there for the very first time, for English teachers that is a very good convention to attend to, and we were all part of a great of a friendly team traveling together. What a great experience to remember forever!
